THE NEURO-AFFIRMING COACH, LLC

https://theneuroaffirmingcoach.com/

I empower neurodivergent young adults and their families to move from surviving to thriving. By shifting the focus from ‘fixing’ to ‘understanding,’ I provide evidence-based tools that honor how the neurodivergent brain actually works while enhancing executive function and communication skills.

I use a multi-faceted, strengths-based approach to support neurodivergent young adults and their parents through personalized coaching. My practice is built on the philosophy that neurodivergence (such as Autism and ADHD) is a difference to be accommodated rather than a deficit to be cured. I transform lives by integrating evidence-based programs, practical skill-building, and neuro-affirming support for the entire family.

The Neuro-Affirming Coach, LLC has partnered with WSTC to provide our students with the PEERS program, a powerful online, or in-person social skills program for youth and young adults struggling with social skills and/or dating.

TLC (THE LITTLE CHEERFUL)

https://www.thelittlecheerful.com

welcome friends,

I’m Aimee — a human who believes deeply in the power of nourishment, sound and shared moments. everything I create comes from a place of genuine care and a desire to help people feel more connected — to themselves, to one another and to the present moment.

My work weaves together food, music, and thoughtfully held spaces to support wellbeing in simple, heartfelt ways.

I design gatherings that invite people to slow down, soften and arrive as they are. sometimes that happens around a table, sometimes through listening, sometimes through movement and often in the quiet spaces in between.

My roots are in the music world, where I learned that when people are nourished — in body, mind, and heart — something subtle yet powerful unfolds. over time, that instinct to nurture grew into a deeper devotion to wellness, presence, and self-care, TLC style.

At the core of everything I do is a simple intention: to create environments where people feel safe to arrive fully, reconnect with themselves and experience the quiet magic of being human together, that’s the heart of everything I offer.

Love,

Aimee
